You can’t help others put their oxygen masks on if you neglect to put on your own, first.
Self care is something people in this busy world seldom think about. They’re up to their necks in paperwork, and just don’t have time to make sure their needs are met.
Back 70 years ago, though, self care was something that women did on a regular basis. They took time for themselves, even while taking care of everyone else’s needs. They went to the salon, put on makeup, and dressed to the nines. All of those things, plus many more, qualify as self care.
So, please, take a second to brew up your favorite beverage and give yourself some love as we dive into self care for both the modern woman and vintage gals.

Introduction To Self Care

A little bit of self love here and there can make you go far. It gives you time to appreciate the work that’s been done and inspires you to go further. What reward inspires you to be your best self?
